nOOb mods update..

Had my 03 4.4i around 10 days now and my usage is a little different to most as I commute 450 miles round trip every weekend to my part time job at a ski resort so mod list as follows :

* BMW heavy duty rubber mats
* Brushed aluminium genuine BMW running boards
* Windows tinted (came with no privacy glass ...wierd)
* Replaced factory staggered 19 inch set up with 18 inch type 87 and Pirelli Scorpions for the winter
* Yakima load bars and rack adapters for ski rack

On order :

* BMW Off road mudflaps for rear (for winter)
* Aux input adapter (until I decide how to permanently integrate iPOD)

Still trying to decide how best to keep rear loadspace clean... always used Husky Liners in past so may try one of these.

Bentley manual in hand. Pics to follow,

David

The Dice set up gets expensive in a hurry.

Base unit $149
DSP adaptor $90
Cradle $ 99

etc etc.

I still want to be able to use the iPOD via the clickwheel as from what I have read, there is just not enough control via the factory interface that the DICE uses.
