Anyone with experience purchasing a Euro License Plate?

I would like to put a custom Euro license plate on my front bumper. I've found a few places that offer them. Any recommendations? All three places below have plates that look very similar but with substantial differences in the prices granted mattman doesn't include mounting plate. Not sure how much better the quality is from plate to the next.

I purchased one and have put it on my E46. They're all about the same quality except the $15 one i guess, you always get what you pay for. To have to be careful though, in some states (including CA?), i heard its illegal, and a cop here in CA noticed mine but didnt pull me over. I heard some bimmers did.

I tried that on my 03 4.6is with Pk. sens and I had a continuous "beeeeppp".
Had to take it off because it was too close to the sensors.
