03 4.4i - Anyone got the breather fix under warranty ??

My 03 4.4i has 72k but has a 100,000 BMW CPO warranty.

From my searching, the alldatapro website says my vehicle is/should have been subject to a campaign or TSB fix for the heater vent hoses to fix the oil separator issue.

I checked last night and they are not heated.

I am going to ask the local stealer to do it under warranty and I can aready hear what they will tell me

However, if anyone here has been successful in getting the heated hose retro fit under warranty BEFORE a problem develops then I would be interested.
