My X5 lights flash for no reason

Has anyone had this problem. My X5 light flash without reason from time to time after I arm it . I than have to dis-arm and re-arm it again. What would make this happen and how can I stop it.
I also need to add I replaced the high and low beam light with super blue 100 watt bulbs the originals are 55watt. could this be the problem? any help will be appreciated. thanks
