Tire survey

Please don't yell at me too loud...I've posted on the tire thread in past, not as much traffic there so I'll post this here with advance apoligies. It's time for new rubber...19 inch sport w/staggered setup. What brand tires are the board members running on their Xs and what are your thoughts? Thought about 20s but am not sure the extra inch or so of width is worth the extra cash...pretty sure I'll stay with 19s. As always thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Mike

Count me interested in replies as well since dealer told me to replace at least the rear tires now.

Just stepped up from 18" Michelins, and had staggered 20" Toyo Proxes S/T installed. They're excellent.

cmyX6go will become famous soon enough
I loved my Michelin Diamaris, also 19" staggered set up. I think I read they don't make them anymore

i find it incredulous that someone in sweden of all places is claiming that all season tires give good traction in the winter! we don't get anywhere near the snow or cold you guys do but all season tires suck! they suck in the winter and they suck in the summer. granted you don't have any mountains to climb but still.
go stick some michelin alpine sport on your X and see the difference. way better in the winter. in fact, there is no comparison especially when there is fresh snow or ice on the ground.
