Guys has any of you had this problems
Last night as i was driving with the ac on everything was working fine, a few minutes later i notice that the blower stop working , i played with the setting put it on max and i heard the compresor working but still no air coming out, turned the car off and back on and still no ac  well i stoped to buy a few things i was in the store for like 5 minutes came out started driving turned the ac on and YEAH it works again  I asked my brother and he said that he had the same problem one time with his X5 01 4.4.

It sounds like the final stage resistor needs to be replaced. This is a very common problem. I got mine replaced under the warranty. Here is the DIY http://www.xoutpost.com/articles.php?...ticle&artid=96
