use armorall on all the plastic trim on the outside of your vehicle everytime you wash your car. It is repetitive but thats the only solution for faded black plastic.

I would recommend using a silicone based trim shine. It will hold up a lot longer than the standard Armorall.

i use 303 aerospace protector on all black panels. it lasts long and does not leave a white residue.
