BMW x5 Preset

do you guys know how to change the BMW x5 preset modes?

1. Automatic lights, my lights(front, inside two) are always on even when sun is out. is there a way of controling them?

2. automatic door lock. i used to have the preset mode where the door lock automatically kicked in when i started driving the car. how do i change this?

3. temperature 37 celcius. when the temp drops below 37F, i can an automatic indicator and sound that the temp is dropping below... is there a way to change this?

:xoutpost: There's a very useful Search capability on this web site and the owner manuals can also be found on home page.

the door lock feature can be setup just by the dealer, unless you buy the software and cables from ebay and do it yourself (Carsoft)
I don't know anything about #1, as for #3 I hate that sound, too. I always expect a faulty warning to see on my car's cluster
btw: welcome to x5world

The position of the switch is set to auto, move it to the right one step as in 12 o clock and that should turn off the auto feature.

Unfortunately, no. It is a safety feature set by BMW since at 37, black ice can occur that may lead to accident, so its giving warning to drive cautiously.

It depends on the dealer, easiest way is to call them and find out for yourself.
