Got it ...
Thanks to all of your advice and threads, i finally found my LeMans X5 4.8is!
After almost 6 months, countless test-drives, found it on Ebay with only 17K miles - absolutely no mods/add-ons. Vehicle was in Florida - interested enough to fly out there and get it inspected (all under warranty). Seller was extremely gracious and patient. Even though i had transport back to Phoenix arranged, after i drove it a couple of miles - thought what's another 2200 miles - what a sweet ride.
