Has anyone padded the plastic door pockets?

I've done exactly that for the same reasons. I have a light interior and I used a black rubberized mesh product I bought a roll of at the hardware store. The black mesh at the bottoms of the door pockets is not noticable. First I cut out the right size and then sprayed one side of the mesh with a contact adhesive. I installed them several years ago with out any problems. Good luck

I though about the black rubberized products but would prefer to keep the color light. I just think it's easier to see what you're reaching for. But your reply gave me an idea. I know I can get the rolls of shelf liner material at the hardware stores, in a variety of colors. Some are just thin vinyl but they have padded styles too. Might have to take a look. Thanks
