bmw policy for warranty coverage for cpo

i have a 2004 x5...it is a certified series and now has only cpo warranty coverage....

i need to take it in for some suspension noises.....will get charged for the diagnosis or do i just have to pay the 50.00......

has any any experience in getting repairs done under the certified series protection.....

pls advise so i can tackle the stealer accordingly.....

Did you check your policy for Canada?
Did you call the dealer where the work will be done?

called the dealer, told i need to make an appointment....question is what happens if the item is not covered and i dont want them to work on it.....what will i get billed for 50.00 or the time the vehicle is there

Again check your CPO policy for coverage limits and ask the dealer up front if the item to be repaired is covered.

If it is covered then note that it is covered on your work estimate before proceeding and note any included deductible and the amount of said deductible on the paperwork as well.

If after asking these questions you find that the item is not covered and you dont want them to work on it Then don't have them work on it.
