Mahmud5, I don't think my X comes with Servotronic. Is the heavy steering normal to X5 when parking and at very low speed? |

Welcome! And to answer your question, yes, it's very normal for your steering to feel that way. Here are a couple of things that affect this...
- Wide tires - the wider, the heavier the steering & vice versa - Tire pressure, the lower, the heavier the steering & vice versa My advice would be to check your tire pressures first. You should be running at about 32psi all around, but you can increase it a bit to lighten up your steering if you'd like, but the ride will be a bit harsher as well. And what size tires are you running?

Not what i know, but in high speed , end when you brakes fast from high speed it feels heavy

I checked the tire pressure and it is already at 33psi in the front and rear tires. Well I guess I just have to get used to it.

The fact that the X5 is all-wheel drive all the time also make the steering feel a bit different than a standard SUV that normally operates in 2 wheel drive.
