I have 33-35 in mine. Also read my post in your other thread "Premium Gas" on your question about milage.

Yeah I've thought about going to 40psi myself. Shouldn't cause any drifting issues. I will say, though, thatif you're mainly driving in the city this won't do you any good. I don't spend much time at speed on the highways so the improvement would be minimal for the reduction in comfort.

Recently I've gone 2 psi higher than recommended in the manual. I now have it at 34 psi front and 35 psi rear. I have found the ride smoother than at 32 front/33 rear (this is on the Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus).

Suggested pressure settings are listed on the door jam on the sticker.

I go max tire pressure and have never had problems with "drifting" or anything. Sure the ride's a little firmer but that doesn't bother me. I'm not sure but the higher the tire pressure the less the rolling resitance should be, it makes sense. I go with 51 lbs on my general grabbers (295/45/20) and have never had problems even after 40,000 miles.

i had 40 in my BMW323. The local indy pointed out that increased tire pressure above suggested can be harder on suspension components and wheel bearings.
i now run 35 in warmer weather and 30ish in cooler weather to help with some grip. |

I run 34 psi in all my 19" tires. Good ride for the summer season
