Rear seat question

I can recline the rear seat with the control pads in the trunk area, but I cannot recline them from the rear seat controls. Anyone have an idea of whats wrong??
Thanks

If you have the rear seat passenger window lift buttons locked out from your drivers position I beleive this also locks out the rear seat buttons for the passengers.

Yep, that should be it. Try pressing unlock all windows button and then try it.

Also, the switches in the trunk are always on, the ones in the back need the accessories or ignition to be switched on.
