Is all the 01-06 X5 the same size?

I have a 03 3.0 X5 sport but for some reason my X5 seems alot bigger and wider compared to some 01-06 X5's i see driving around. Maybe it's my imagination or are the 01-06 the same size and width?

All the same.

Wheel width can make a big visual difference. Plastic fenders stick out a little further on the 4.6 and 4.8.

all same size... except the 4.6is/4.8is.... They are wider in the rear due to the fender flares!

Oh ok, maybe its just my X that looks so pretty. But those 07,08 are beautiful too

I believe the grille sits a bit higher on 04-06 models, but overall height is the same.
