Side Mirror Titantium Trim Upgrade??

Hey Gang,

I've searched the forum and saw a thread describing the removal of the original black trim, however it was done on a 2002 and not sure if they've changed. I have a 2005 and having difficulty removing the originals.

Anyone upgraded to the titantium side mirror trim? Tricks? Just break em out ?

Thanks!

Rob

Yes jut brake them out, if it is not going easy you might wanna remove mirror glas first, that way you can access the clips holding the trim

Like E5M1R said may be easier if you removed glass first.
Look at the new trim and you will see what has to be released to take out the old trim.

When you remove the glass, you will see 2 slots to release the front cover. Try and remove the cover to get to the tabs, to release the trim.
