HELP! Truck turns on and turns right back off

Hey guys, my mother's truck wont stay on. i wrote about it here http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...g-cluster.html, if anyone can please help it would be very greatly appreciated, thanks much

Just an idea, but I had a similar problem and found that the MAF housing was loose, the truck would start and sometimes run for a few minutes but would stall. The problem was air getting in through a loose MAF housing and defeating the computer. It's easy to check it and eliminate it form the problem diagnosis.

checked, and no luck... MAF sensor seemed prefectly tight
