OK, so here's the deal. I currently have my dealership SA looking into availability of the Aero Kit for the 4.4i. And it's possible that my current 18" OEM wheels may look a little "smallish" once the Aero Kit is added.
So I'm OK with going to the 19" staggered Style 132 setup. The 20" 87s would be even better for eye candy purposes, but based on my daily commute (22K miles/year), they are completely out of the question for me. I'd be shredding through one set of low profile tires after another.
I think the 19-inchers represent a reasonable compromise. I'm assuming the staggered setup will have better roadholding and handling than my current 18"? But at the same time the tires will hopefully still be "beefy" enough (a high enough sidewall) that I won't damage the rims or the suspension.
My other question is this: I LOVE the Michelin Energy MXV All-seasons for my 18-inchers. They've taken a licking, and kept on ticking. I have yet to have a flat tire after 40K miles (I know I'll regret saying that

) and I had PLENTY of tread left when I slapped on a new set of the same at 30K miles.
My understanding is that the Michelin Energy MXVs are not available for the 19-inch wheels?? So I am looking for an all-season tire of equivalent quality when/if I upgrade to the 19-inch wheels. I have neither the desire nor inclination to do the bi-annual winter snow /summer performance swap. I'm perfectly content with top notch all-seasons that will get me through the occasional snowstorm (like the MXV Energys have) and that also won't shred up as quickly as summer performance tires. I do not need a W or V rating, H is just fine. (H is rated to 130 mph, and I don't see myself having to go that fast any time soon

). I just want the highest possible sidewall, good tread life and the great all-season performance I currently have.
What are your recommendations?
