Can you please do this test on your X5?

i had my X serviced twice in the last 7 days for one thing, clunking noise in the left front wheel area when i turn my steering wheel from all the way left to the right (and then back and forth, like wiggling it). Dealer replaced the front thrust arm bushing, both sides, didnt fix the sound, brought it back in. Yesterday, they replaced the left tie rod because they said there was a little bit of a play when shake the tires... went this afternoon to pick up my X hoping the noise will be gone, its still there....

the SA called the shop supervisor, and he apologized to me when i showed the X still making the noise. he took the X back and just when i was about to leave the lot on a brand spanking new 530, the super came back and asked me to come with him inside the shop, JMK has a very clean shop.
he let me try my test to all X5s inside and all of them are making this sound when i shake the steering wheel, and those X5s are in because of diff issues, and man, theirs are louder than what i hear from my X. the super even called his wife at home to try their X5 too, and had the same noise... so i was a little bit convinced that it is normal, or is it really?

i would appreciate if u guys can try it on ur X and let me know if you hear some clunking noise on the front left wheel area. to test it, you should start your X, radio off, all windows closed. turn your wheel all the way to the left then start turning it left to right, right to left, like a kid pretending to be driving. again, you dont need to drive your X, leave it a P (park). thanks...
