Oh sorry, forgot to mention, I filled them all up to the recommended tire pressure when I put them back on.

More likely that you're used to the winters and now need to adjust to the half worn, stiffer (and with a lower profile?) summer tires.

At first I thought that, but it seems to be getting worse. There's even vibrations in the steering wheel and the ride is poor.

Accidentally knock of the any balance weights? Were the wheels balanced on the car or traditionally? All your lugs tight?

My winters were 19's. My summer's are 20's. They were stored inside the house, stacked with the front of the wheel facing up (to reduce any chance of flat-spots). This is getting really annoying! It feels as if the tires have flat spots..... I rolled the windows down and the X sounded like it was on some off-road Micky T's.
The lugs are torqued to the right lbs/ft (I even went back and checked), All weights still intact (My buddy who installed them over a year ago puts "racing" tape over the weights that all the porsche and ferrari guys do when they track their cars) I took my other car out (been stored all winter, with high performance 19's and it drove like it did before the winter) so I know it's not in my head! haha
