CD player question

I have a 2002 E53 with the business CD. I sure hope I don't embarass myself here, but is there a way to fast forward and rewind a cd and have the display show the time info with the track, in minutes and seconds?

I listen to books on CD, and like to fastforward to a specific point, but I don't see how to do that.

if you keep your finger on the skip to next track button it will fast forward or rewind, no track time is displayed
