Aircondition Service
Hi guys! I am new here... I was just wondering how much it would cost to have A/C check. My A/C on my '01 3.0i stop working. I called the shop and they qouted me for $110 to have a leak check. Is that a reasonable price? Any suggestion on what to look for? I know the aux fan and the compressor are not running. Maybe some sensor need to be replace? Thanks in advance.

Final Stage Resistor would be my first guess...
Do some reading in this thread found via the handy Search Tab, on this site: http://www.xoutpost.com/search.php?searchid=1239038 "leak" would be second or third or... A good A/C auto electric joint or, a BMW Indie should be able to diagnose it in a heartbeat. A BMW dlr would be my last resort. GL,mD
