First pics of my X

Hey guys,

Been on the site for a couple months and love the forum. Havnt had a chance to post any pics of my X. Its not too special but i'm working on getting it the way I like it. My X is on a budget right now atleast until this summer. So far I have only painted the wheels and kidney grills myself and done tons of maint. because this thing keeps breaking.

Next up is tinting the tails/sides and possibly just the orange on the headlights.

Before

After

You have to black out the window trim! I did and it suits the car much better.

I agree! Where did you get the trim? Or did you paint it?

How can I get it anodized? How about sanding, priming, and spraying with black?

I would bake open your lights and remove that amber from the sides.

make sure your headlights are not stamped with 10/03 production date, otherwise, it will be impossible to open it without ruining it.

Ok, will do. I am going to see how the metal looks with tinted tails and sidemarker first.

What do you guys think about painting my calipers red? Then doing the 4.4i and X5 on the back in red?
