ABS pump (not module) rebuild? Buy used?
I didn't want to tackle yet another project so took it to a local euro shop I have a good history with. They replaced the master and booster with no luck. ABS module seemed to test fine and they're saying ABS pump is next, but the shop they used for rebuilds folded during covid. So, I'm looking for recommendations on shops that could do a pump rebuild. OR can I get a used pump from a junk yard, ebay, etc and use that? Is the pump specific to model years/types? Would it need to be coded? Thanks for any help/tips/etc! -Jason
