What are the items that forum members have tried to protect front and rear bumpers?

Any aftermarket side bars (nerf bars?) available?

Anyone ever mounted a winch to an x5?

What is recommened? What is not?

In all seriousness though, a big part of what I love about the X5 is the duality of Sport and Utility - unlike most other so-called "SUV's"...

BTW, another way to go would be to use the 3M Invincishield stuff on the front/rear bumpers (as well as the side mirrors, a-pillars, and front roofline) Works like a charm
