No way i would do anything of the sort....I'm not about to start messing with my car so i can run it on water...But if anybody does, I'd love to see it...

The theory is sound. It just takes more electricity than any one car can produce to make it happen. Also the energy to "Crack" the H2O into H-H-O is more than the energry returned from burning it. So, if the end product you are looking for is Hydrogen and Oxygen, it is worth the energy spent to get them. If your end product is to turn it back into water by burning them in your engine you get a negative return. Your gas mileage will go down.
