Just done The E46 M3 Steering wheel mod, would recommend to anyone only took me 30mins from start to finish

congrats! i have done this on my X5 and E46 vehicles for at least a dozen times in the past and not to brag, but this takes me literally 5 mins to do. I guess i found a rhythm.

I spend hours trying to get my sport wheel off and no luck at all, could not get the airbag clips to come loose.

Have the tools neaded, so you can finish it and not come half way to figure out that you are missing the torx size neaded....

Which steering wheel are you trying to put in? Are you trying to put in the M3 steering wheel? Did you follow this?
