maybe i found the cause of the leak sunroof

when i removed the a-pillar housing, the hose looked pinched at one area. Could of been that the molding was pressing against the hose, restricting flow. when it would rain hard, the flow that i sgoing through the hose was not enough to keep up with the rain flow and it overfilled the cavity of where the sunroof drain is. i took the molding off, did some test with the hose, let it run for one hour, not a drop of overspill. we will see when it rains hard. i will leave the molding off for now.

anyone else have any good reasons?

Yes, this has been found by others to be a common cause of sunroof leaks. Congrats for finding and fixing it.
