Question C.V.Spoke 63 on my x5 2003

Hi there !
There are two sizes 9x19 -front and 10x19 rear....Spoke 63..
The rear slightly bigger..
Question -- I have a chance to buy rear set (2 rims with tires,- price is practical and convinsing) 10x19 with tires ( diamaris 285-45-19)
How usefull to have all equal (10x19) sizes in the front and rear...should I move on and buy this extra set of two,- to replace my front (9x19, 255-50-19tire) wheels ?
Bets regards
P.S> someone has told me if 10x19 will be installed in the front ..it would NOT turn properly ( I believe it's not true..!?_)
Does anybody can reconfirm that topick ...( or confirm?!)
