Spacer / H&R Spring Question...

I've been seriously considering a 10mm spacer and 35mm H&R setup. My only concern is the pothole plague of NYC and whether they would cause any issues...specifically with the spacer setup. Please chime in but I'd like to hear from NYC'rs with this setup or similar.

No NYC'rs with spacers or lowered X's? ...or experiences with our pothole plague?

Dont see any problems... Potholes might bend a rim or mess up a tire, nothing with spacers.
