5 spd auto -vs- 6 spd auto (Any thoughts?)

6 speed has an extra gear, has less parts and as far as I know they fixed the F Drum issue, it also weights in less than the 5 speed.
I think the only apperent Con than I can think of for the moment is that the oil pan is plastic and any filter change requires you to also replace the pan as it is one component. Not much of a con at that. |

Yep, the 6 speed seems to be the better trans. And the pan/filter assembly doesn't ever really need to be changed anyways. The only time I've changed them is when someone mistakenly lifts on it with a trans jack causing a hairline crack and leaking.
