Trivial Question of the Day

OK guys/gals, here is the tough one... My gas cap has a little plastic "string"/keeper. It is afixed to the cap but not to the car.
I have looked all over the gas fill area and do not yet see a place to connect the keeper cord to the car.

Where does yours go?

On mine behind the gas door hinge there is 2 holes one is bigger than the other place cord in there than slide over into the smaller hole. Hope that helps. Good luck. If you need a picture let me know and I will take one for you, just not sure how to add a picture to my post.
