Mysterious Electronic Intermittent Problems on 02 X5 4.4i

Hi,

Everything started when my PDC stopped working, but not at all times, it´s intermittent, a long beep from rear and PDC light blinking. I tried to fix it, i checked all conections and wires, PDC BOX, all sensors, but everything was alright. Few days later, a warning of SUSP INACT Appears on the check control, but it´s intermittent also, i checked 30 AMP Fuse and 7.5 AMP Fuse, both were good. Then the next intermittent problem was the (P R N D) small orange ball light on the shift, some times the light is on and some time is off. But all those problems are intermittent. If i turn off the car and turn on again, the problems are solved, or not !!??! Those problems are making me crazy !? Now, when i parked my car in the garage everything was fine !! But i turn it on again just to check and PDC stopped worked again !!
Please can somebody help me ???

ECU? see if you can pull up any codes on a diagnostic machine.

I put the DIS, and MRS4 - 50 code. Maybe a low voltage, but the battery is OK, and with green light. But if i pull off the black conector behind the FUSE HOLDER(Inside Glovebox)wait about 15 seconds and Pull on again, the light comes on again an PDC works again, but if i drive some minutes the problems back again. Please can somebody help me ???
