bluetooth question
When I got my 2004 4.4 CPO I was told by the dealer that the car didn't have bluetoth. This morning i was going threw the various manuals and found a piece of paper with "Bluetooth Passkey PK" written on it, there is a sticker with all sort of codes and barcodes and a bmw and a Motorola logo. So my obvious question is: How do I find out if I have bluetooth in my car? the build date is 09/04.

If you read this TSB you will see more details on this. Model year 2004's came with a BT passkey in error and did not support BT. Your X5 is right on the cutoff between MY2004 and MY2005, though, so it's possible you have the right module. See http://www.bmwmotorsports.org/pdf/841304.pdf
To find out for sure, try pairing a phone using these steps - http://www.xoutpost.com/articles.php?...ticle&artid=16
