Issues to watch for?

Hi there, just joined this forum after buying my 05 3.0 last January. Love the vehicle but with only 3 months left on my warranty I was wondering if there was anything in particular I should be watching for while BMW is still on the hook for the bill.... Front and rear brakes have been done (on the maintenance plan). If there is a specific spot on the forum for "common issues"? That would work for a start. Any info would be truely appreciated.
