Did u have to cut off the old tips? The exhaust on the 3.0 drops down at the tip (doesn't come completely straight out) and I thought it would be difficult to match an oval tip over it. Im interested on putting the 4.6is oval tips on my 3.0 so lemme know. thanks

yup it will fit on a 3.0. first cut the slanted stock exhaust tips leaving about an inch to weld the y-pipes into it, then weld the 4.6 exhaust tips. i have it done by meineke. good luck!!
