Can Someone help with my Audio/Visual setup or options?

So I bought this X a month ago and cant figure out what these Alpine things in the back window do. I have a alpine DVD player in the back (see picture) and that runs the overhead dvd. That works fine but these things shouldn’t have anything to do with that right? I also so have the wireless headphones (there is a inferred light on the dvd overhead i think that is what runs the wireless headphones) My other question is what do the cables going into the silver box do? You can see in the picture one set (black monster component cable) then some generic audio visual cables lead into the box. Im assuming the audio visual feed the overhead DVD. but what are the monsters for?
I would like to add Bluetooth or tv to the nav system can i do this with my setup?
Thanks guys!

TV tuner and antenna. Won't do you any good as we have switched from analog to digital TV signal.

The smaller box is most likely a transmitter for wireless headphones.

I have seen many here that have the DVD on there NAV. I have a unit from NAVTV for my 745 that allows this. No factory NAV in my X.

That looks like the IR extender which allows you to control the DVD behind the panel.

The window antenna looks like its for a TV tuner.

I dont think the OEM bluetooth should affect this.

I have the an EAS video module for sale. Took it out of my X about 2 weeks ago. It has inputs for external video as well as reverse camera. It switches the nav screen automatically when you put the X in reverse. I believe it used the aux input for audio and it came with the cable that allowed this therefore audio plays through car speakers. PM me if you are interested and search "EAS video" for details.
