Steering wheel shakes while braking down the steep hill :-( Rotors or what is due?
Should i replace rotors and pads? or it is something else? i took car to local LesSchwab they said it looks like rotors are warped, but they not 100% sure,as they said could be something else. |

Yep, replace or turn the rotors. Better to replace since machining will often only solve the issue temporarily. The warping will usually return to a machined rotor.

Read about the myth of warped brake rotors. Good article here.
StopTech : Balanced Brake Upgrades Yes, you can replace the rotors, and that will stop the shudder, but only for a period of time.

I would not be 100% confident it is the rotors especially with only 18k on them. I would take a very close look at the front thrust arm bushes and replace with h/duty polyurethane ones if necessary.
