4.8is Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Sometime back I saw a thread with the preventative maintenance schedule for the different X5 models but I can't seem to find it now on the articles/front page/search. Does someone know where it is? Or if not, does anyone have a set of recommendations for the milage/timing of when to do preventative maintenance on a 4.8?

I saw both of those, but I thought I had seen another one that was a little more in depth than the first one a couple of months back that had to do with fluid and general maintenance..
