Latest X5 Navigation Map CD

I recently upgraded my navigation system from the 4:3 to the 16:9 on my 2000 X5 4.4i. The upgrade was a breeze and it’s a much better look, however, my map disk (2000.2) is still 8+ years old. My buddy has a 2002 X5 4.6is with navigation, and I browsed through both our disks on my computer and found his (version 2001.2) has about 5% more data (284MB total,) mostly from the addition of roughly 2,500 html-formatted descriptions and phone numbers for points of interest, whereas my 2000.2 disk doesn’t have any of this info. Obviously, I’d be ridiculous not to copy his nav disk and use it in my car (right?), which I immediately ended up doing… But, I’m hoping someone here might have an even newer disk/image they can provide the “older generation” X5’ers, cause I know the disks keep getting better and better, right? I know NavTech has the latest CD (Updated March ’08) available for California and Nevada for Nav's '00 - '02, but it’s $130... Anyone willing to share the wealth, or at least any ideas is greatly appreciated!

Upgrade from 4:3 to 16:9 (thanks to X5 World for the assurance this would be possible)

Nav Disk's: Version 2000.2 (Left) and [copied] Version 2001.2 (Right)

Destination info for (example) Sea World in San Diego on Nav Disk Version 2000.2: minimal:

Destination info for Sea World in San Diego on Nav Disk Version 2001.2: With the CORRECT address and Over 7 screens/pages of text. It's like a book!:

Anyone know where to find a new map CD?

Thanks!

Or go to Ebay. You should be able to find a new one for $60. I just sold several. If you're very enterprising, buying the whole set set and sell the 7 you don't want.
