LED interior lights (map, etc)
I just replaced my interior lights to LED's in my RRS, now I want to do it in the X5. Does anyone have the bulb types for the interior of the car? Anyone who knows about this, please chime in! Is it the 194 bulb (that's what the RRS needed...)? I cant tell, and I don't know how (yet) to open up the lights to get to the bulbs. Any info on that would be great. I would like to replace all of the door lights, the 3 lights in the front by the mirror and the two in the tail gate. Thanks!

The doors and the hatch have the tube style bulbs - I replaced all interior bulbs with an ultra-white kit (regular bulbs painted blue) and although I do like the color it emits, the amount of light that it puts out sucks. I replaced my hatch bulbs with LEDs and the lighting was amazing!!
I found a great sight for LED bulbs at what I thought was great pricing. I can get you the info this weekend. Oh, the bulbs near the mirror are 194s.

OK, I am still trying to find my exact order, but I bought the LEDs from this website - http://www.autolumination.com/ . I will look for the exact cat #'s.
