Aloha everybody, my newbie post.
My 2005 X5 3.0i (Jet Black, Sand Beige interior, AT, Sport and Premium options) was supposed to arrive at the dealer yesterday. So like a little kid waiting for his toy, I was pretty much useless, made sure I had no appointments, and I was simply dreaming about driving the X5 all day with my wife - lunch at the other side of the island, drive up to the volcano summit lookout, picture taking at a secluded beach area and enjoy our first ever Bimmer.
Not! We were tracking the wrong vehicle all along for the past seven days!
My X5 is still in transit from South Carolina to Oxnard VPC. It will be the end of September before I see my dream car. Well, I will be a basket case by then
Just wanted to share my thoughts so I don't go nuts. I will post some pictures when I get it!
BTW I've learned so much from these forums the past 5 days.
