Newbie Questions

Ok, so first off, HI! I just bought an '03 3.0 X5 about three weeks ago. I have to say. . . Its like I just won the popularity contest at work and with my friends/neighboors. What a feel good car! Then I found this site, talk about a wealth of information. I have already installed the aluminum guage rings and have some more stuff on its way.
Now to the meat, there are some options that are not on my X5 that I have read about/seen on this site that I would love to have. That damn phone button on my BC screams at me everytime I look at it "PUSH ME! PUSH ME! HAHAHA I DO NOTHING FOOL!!" What would it require to make that button work and/or can I make it bluetooth and have the speakers/built in mic work with it?

Any info is great info, thanks in advance!

Weasel will become famous soon enough
The X5 is pre-wired for mosy original options... including, you guessed it... PHONE! Probably the best option for you would be the ULF handsfree kit that links your X5 to your bluetooth cellphone automatially everytime you start the car.

here's a link

Welcome! you found THE website for any X5 questions. Sadly, the MOD bug has managed to bite most of us here (epidemic?) I hope you get to enjoy your X5 as much as I do mine
