Hi to everyone out there

I have just joined having recently bought an x5 4.4i 2002

I have been navigating my way around the car and can see that there is a phone control button on the sat nav and the steering wheel
Question: How do I know if I have any kind of bluetooth equipment installed in the car and if not what do I need to do to have it installed.

I have tried doing a bit of research but failed miserably!!! I am aware you can fit an adapter for certain phones in the arm rest but there is nothing installed in mine

Anyone with any info to put me in the right direction would be much appreciated
