Close to deal on 2006 CPO X5 3.0 - Advice

I'm about to pull the trigger on a CPO 2006 X5 3.0 w/ 17K miles for $26,800. No NAV but everything else. Silver w/ black leather - clean carfax.

Good deal?

All I did was email dealer telling them what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and he responded with the above. I haven't haggled the price down yet. I went on the website and saw it listed at $31,495, meaning he came down about $4500 already without me saying a word.

I have an appointment to test drive it tomorrow...do I go lower? I feel like it sounds like a good price and they won't really go lower...just my gut

Getting very excited about the possibility of this happening...had an '01 for awhile but got rid of it bc warranty was expiring...have missed it ever since.
