i think its a bad CD that made the unit freez
almost the same behavior happened today with my friend's Navi when i put a copy map DVD

The thing is I haven't changed the CDs in over a month and now the DSP setting has disappeared from the home screen on the nav system

just wanted to give an update, the radio system was completely replaced and it works just fine now.
