oily looking finish

Hi all, my a frames between the doors have an oilylook on them, how do i clean this to look just black??

Its probably soap from car washing. Its a pain in the ass. I usually use a microfiber towel with some hand wax (I use Mothers wax).

if your referring to the trim you can use back to black
