Is this a good deal on a 2006 x5 3.0???
20K miles Cold Weather Package (Heated Steering Wheel) Back Seat Climate No NAV 4 yr/100,00 mile warranty $33,995 1st 2 payments paid by BMW for using their financing, so I'm thinking, 3 yr. 2.9 financing, so $2K in payments are taken off.......(4 or 5 years would be 3.9%). Also thinking of installing aftermarket Navi that would have rear backup camera and DVD for $2K as opposed to looking for an X5 with dated Navi. Your thoughts?!?!!? |

That's about the normal price for it, but it sounds like a really good truck. Still under factory warranty and maintenance, so no hidden problems. And buying it from the dealer means it was either a trade in or 2 year lease return, in which it most likely has CPO warranty which extends the covered time.
But that is between private party and clean retail value for your area, so about the price you would find at any dealer for same truck.

Just had a co-worker pay about $35,000 for a CPO '06 4.4i at 25k miles with 3 of the packages (Prem, CW, RearClimte) and Nav... but we were both surprised at the deal. I would have expected the Dealer to be asking closer to $40,000...
Needless to say there is another X5 rolling around the neighborhood. It came from TheBMWStore for what it's worth. |

If you look at the wholesale market right now....3.0s are actually bringing more $ than 4.4s. Cause and effect of unstable fuel prices. People don't understand the power/weight ratio...they just think V8...and RUN! So dealers are adjusting their prices to the market. Good time to buy a V8 and get the dealer to pump up some incentives.
