Mtec V2 Installed

Well a couple of weeks ago one of the xoutpost members stumbled upon the mtec v2's and they werea bout 129.99 i was kinda hesitant in getting the AiB cause there 300 but for 129. these seem to be promising. they claim to be whiter and brighter at night than AiB. I have no comparison so currently right now i have day light pics of the lights, later tonight ill post some night pics!

It doesn't appear to be that much brighter than the OEM halogen bulb. I'm curious to see how long they will last. I bought some from fleabay a couple years back and those only lasted about 6 months with only moderate usage

take some pictures from a farther distance Hard to tell when it's that close. Maybe leave one side stock and the other with mtecs for comparison. Supposedly these are brighter than the ibrights.

There's only 1 bulb per side...so the high and low beam rings are lighted by the same bulb

Really? I've only installed CCFl type bulbs, and have yet to see the inner workings of a facelifted or E70 headlight. I know pics don't do these things justice sometimes, so hopefully that's just something like a bad camera angle.
