Brake lights check ..Urgent

my brake lights checked is shown on my dash. i figured the bulbs must burn out..but i went out n replaced it ..but it didnt seem to solve the problem....does anyone know what might cause ..or it might have to do the fuse box..thanks alot

I had an issue where the plastic housing that the bulb goes had soem corrosion on the connectors. I bought a new plastic housing for a few bucks and the problem never came back. If yours has signs of corrosion you can gently scrape it with a flat head screwdriver and try it again.

Or use sandpaper...thats what i did and the problem never re-occured.

Same thing happened on my 911. Socket terminals were corroded. Sanded them a little bit with a file and it went away. Try that first before attempting any expensive or complex diagnoses.
